Ngima Dorji Sherpa (31) leads the Sherpa team. Ngima has 17 years experience as porter, sherpa and expedition leader. He runs his own trekking agency, Nepal Myths & Mountain Trails.
Besides successfully organizing expeditions Ngima has founded two schools in remote areas in Nepal. This way he helps improve the chance of his compatriots. Together with Sir Edmund Hillary he has been a pioneer in this field. Now it is his dream to start a high school.
