The avalanche situation on the Mont Blanc appeared to be unsafe, so we had to satisfy ourselves with ski+ in and around the ski area of Verbier.
During the mornings we trained our ski technique on the "Stairway to Heaven", the "Hidden Valley" (near Tortin) and the Backside of Mont Fort.
Every afternoon we worked on our endurance by biking in the Monzeu gym and running up and down the Verbier roads.
The next week we will further work on our ski technique by doing very steep descends if the weather permits us some nearby peaks like the Rosablanche and the Petit Combin.
