Conditions are fantastic now for skiing in Verbier, about 1.5 meters of fresh snow and a beautiful sun shine. Today again we skied steep couloirs around Verbier, up to 53 degrees! The powder was sometimes even waist deep.
After a great day of skiing we stopped for a drink with Dominique Perret, nominated the world's best freerider of the century in 2000. His ski experiences on Everest in 1996 were very nice to hear about and a few tips from experienced skiers are always welcome.
Here are some photos and a Movie clip of Greg skiing in deep powder
Tomorrow we will have a final day of skiing before returning to the Netherlands for a week.
